Looking after yourself is very important, but so many of us forget to do it! Self care is especially hard when you're stressed, but that's when we need it the most.



Self care has several important parts: water, eating, cleaning, exercising, and relaxing! Here are some tips to help you look after yourself in all these areas.

Water
Try to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day! You could even give yourself a little reward if you meet that goal for a whole week.

Eating
Eating is important because we need to fuel our bodies with energy! Eating healthy is really good, but don't be afraid to have a treat every now and then.

Cleaning
We always feel better if we feel clean! Keeping your hair washed and your teeth brushed can really improve your confidence.

Exercising
Exercising doesn't have to be hard- just get moving! My favourite exercise is yoga. There is an exercise out there to suit everyone!

Relaxing
Taking some time to yourself is so important. To relieve stress, have some tea or read a good book!
