When you're feeling sad...
I don't like feeling sad and I'm sure you don't either. If you want, follow these tips and your mood might just brighten up (no promises though)...
« Talk to your friends - good friends should always be there for you if you need a pick-me-up. But talk to a friend who you think will understand.
» Cry it out - we all need to cry sometimes and I always feel better after having a long cry.
« Watch something funny - it can be a funny movie, show, YouTube video, whatever!
» Listen to music - it's peaceful to think about the music you're listening to and it makes me feel better.
« Do something that makes you happy - watch a movie, read a book, sing, just do something which makes you feel happy and full of energy!
» Count your blessings - not everybody has the things you have!
