Now that she's starting up a family, former Disney princess Hilary Duff has realized that it might not be the wisest thing to keep a $6.25 bachelorette pad just sitting empty. She and husband Mike Comrie bought a $3.85 million home together last year, and hence her old one has to go.

Hilary lived in this Toluca Lake home during all her years as "Lizzie McGuire" on TV and we can see why, it's absolutely perfect for any aspiring young actress!
