Why is self-expression important?

Self-expression is important because it shapes how we interact with others and how we live our lives. Most of the time you probably don't even think about how you express yourself, you sort of just do it. Self expression is something that just comes to you naturally and it can show in your everyday life, including things like how you dress and how you style your hair!

 Going on Stardoll is one of my favourite ways to express myself because I can change my look everyday, one day my doll's hair is blue and the next it's pink! It all depends on my mood.
