That Kendall Jenner, the tall leggy brunette in a silk taffeta skirt at left in the above photo, might actually have a career in modeling, is the most promising thing about the Kardashian family’s Christmas card. The blue tinted portrait—which looks extra funny because it’s meant to be viewed with 3D glasses—separates the Kardashians into vignettes: the young ones are grouped at left, the matriarch is in the middle (the only one wearing color), and the right is split according to the Kardashian sister families.  Kim stands in the middle, alone. The newly single reality TV star said, “I love our family Christmas cards shoots and I think this one looks amazing!”  What do you think? Click through to see the rest.

Among the many reasons Marc Jacobs said no to leading the house of Dior? He thinks couture is “archaic.” Jacobs said that though he considered the position, and was flattered to be asked, he’s happy at Vuitton. “I’ve been saying that for a long time,” he said. “There have been on-and-off conversations about Dior. I don’t know; maybe someday in the future, maybe years from now, I may end up going someplace else, maybe Dior. But right now I am at Vuitton.” Talks between Jacobs and Dior were said to have broken down in September, for reasons as varied as money, staffing and aesthetic, but Jacobs makes the discussions sound more casual than the media believed. His name has been replaced with Raf Simons’, who’s currently at Jil Sander.  One reason the fashion pack’s rooting for Sander is his obvious interest in couture, as demonstrated by his last two collections. It sounds like Jacobs couldn’t be less interested in the art of couture: “The idea of couture doesn’t hold that thing for me. It’s archaic—in my opinion. I mean, I am really interested in the craftsmanship behind couture. But I can explore all that in ready-to-wear. With couture, one dress each season is photographed by a couple of magazines; there’s no advertising; it reaches 20 customers. I don’t feel there is anything lacking in what we do. I get to work with these amazing craftsmen. Maybe not the same ateliers that would make a couture dress, but, again, we are not in a deficit for working with people who create beautiful things. I am not sure I ever looked at couture as this great opportunity.” If Simons is in fact the next Dior designer, here’s hoping an announcement’s made before the end of the year.

How do you take a sort of goth, mostly rock and roll collection from one of today’s darkest (in a good way) designers and make it work for spring summer? Hire Gisele Bündchen—who makes anything look beachy—and stick her on the sand underneath a darkening sky. Throw in a few matte black surfboards and make everyone wear sandals. Give the guys lanyards fit for lifeguards and Gisele a growling rottweiler for balance. Ta-da! Gothic surfwear’s never looked so good.

We spotted both Kate Mara and her sister Rooney Mara at the premiere for The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo. Rooney stars in the movies as Lisbeth Salader alongside Daniel Craig. Both girls looked great but have such different styles. Kate wore a sweet pink Christian Dior dress that really showed off her girly side, while Rooney went for a dark and dramatic Prabal Gurung with cutouts. Which sister looked best: Kate or Rooney?

Woah, Katy Perry really looked breathtaking when she was launching her new perfume 'Meow!' She recently cut her hair and we love the short length on her. Katy looks really sophisticated but still her usual creative self!

When it comes to standing out in the crowd, Nicki Minaj knows how to do it. Not only is her stage style almost crazier than Lady Gaga's, but her hair is always a different color or shape. Click on the pictures to see some of Nicki's weirdest hair dos!
