Unfortunately for these celebs didn't get the memo that sometimes too much of a good thing is a REALLY bad thing and in this case it looks almost toxic. We love a nice, glowing tan but these stars took it a bit too far. They don't just glow, they glow in the dark! So ladies and gents, when tanning this summer remember these photos of what NOT to look like!

If there’s one musically inclined closet we’d give anything to raid it’d be Madonna’s—and thanks to the LaGuardia Arts High School we kind of can. The music icon’s offered up a pair of her Chanel boots for the school’s annual auction block and the bidding begins at $1,000. Starting now and ending next Thursday May 12th, there will be an online auction at Gotta Have Rock and Roll where you can bid on a signed pair of Madonna’s boots. All benefits from the sale will go directly toward funding  multiple development programs at the infamous Fame School. With her daughter Lourdes’ first year at LaGuardia coming to and end soon, Madonna’s breaking out her school spirit—and you get to reap the rewards! If only she’d put Chanel’s gun shoes up for auction, too.

It's really cute when we see celebs in love. What can we say? We love love! We noticed that some of our favorite female celebs have chosen shorter partners, which we think is super awesome. They all look so happy together! What do you think? Would you ever date a shorter guy?!

One down, one more to go: Prince Harry is still on the market, and hearts around the world could not be beating fast enough (especially since the new Duke of Cambridge paved the way to royalty for commoners like us!). This week’s crush (a no-brainer) gives new meaning to “best man.”

Now, some might think of him as royal leftovers—but we think of it more as saving the best for last. Why chase Prince Charming when there’s an irresistible bad boy on the market (who also happens to be a prince)? At 26, he’s younger, he’s a prankster (so he can always make you laugh), and unlike his older brother, he’s got a full head of hair! (Redheads rarely lose their locks FYI.) He’s always caused a bit of scene at the Palace, making waves for the royals in his teens (drug use and a Hitler costume are among his not-so-bright moments). Don’t worry though—he’s toned it down a bit. Now he’s just the life of the party, and the morning after it seems: Though the royal bride and groom hosted a spectacular reception, Prince Harry handled the next morning with a Survivor’s Breakfast for all of the guests who may have celebrated the nuptials too hard the night before. He’s funny, he’s charming, he knows how to party, and he’s got a great mane of gorgeous ginger locks… We’d choose the Permanent Prince over the Future King any day!

Were you guys at the Nylon party? We spotted some cute celebs parading the red carpet in really funky outfits. Some were a total hit and some were a bit of a miss. Everyone (except sulky Rory Culkin) dressed in really bright colors that seem to be reflective this years trend of bright, neon colors.

Vibrant lipstick shades and lacquers are totally in this season, but Racked came across a mini trend that looks pretty wicked. When the neon lipstick isn’t cutting it, you can now wear Violent Lips‘ temporary lip tattoos. These wet-and-apply tats for your lips come in funky patterns like polka dots, animal print, glitter, and rainbow and last anywhere from four to eight hours. They go for $15 and come in a pack of three. Would you style your kissers in these crazy patterns? Check out some of Violent Lips’ lip tattoos after the jump:

Though Sarah Burton’s not really allowed to discuss the wedding dress she made for Catherine Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, she did let one very telling detail slip in New York last night. At Saks for a customer meet and greet, Burton told one curious fan that “the collaboration between her and Kate was 50-50.” Those numbers grant Middleton more say than anyone expected and suggest that Burton spent much more time with the bride than we thought. She also said that “the princess was one of the most lovely women she has ever met and she was really low maintenance.” We doubt Burton said ‘Princess’ since she seems to be quite schooled in such things—but we do believe she left it at that. At Monday’s press preview for the Met’s McQueen exhibition she was equally tight lipped, even when it came to her late boss. Now that she’s finished her rounds, we think it’s high time Burton took a vacation!

When Lanvin presents its resort collection next month, Alber Elbaz will have designed kiddie looks to match. According to the brand’s EVP, they’re going build the 25 looks with a “super luxury approach,” aka the same way they produce the rest of their collections. The brand is targeting children ages four to ten and though they haven’t yet priced the clothes, they imagine they’ll cost about ten times more than the average children’s clothing (though we think they mean average designer, not average Osh Kosh). It’ll hit stores in November (mostly Lanvin standalone boutiques and ecommerce, with a handful of wholesale clients) so that every kid can jump on the high-low fashion bandwagon in time for spring 2012.

Don't know about you but sometimes we just don't want to fix our hair in the mornings. Today is totally one of those days! So thank goodness for effortless hair styles like a top bun. Top buns look so chic and they take like, five seconds to do.The best way to get a perfect top bun is to bend over with your head facing towards the floor and gather all of your hair with your hands right at the crown (the very top) of your head into a pony tail. Feel for any bumps and smooth with your hands. Then form your hair into a bun by twirling it clockwise. Secure with a rubber band and if any hair is sticking out pin down with bobby pins. Adding a light coat of hair spray will help to ensure your bun lasts all day!
