Amber.Stardoll- Well, it's over for Avirl Lavigne and Brody Jenner. After two years together the couple have decided to call it quits. Unfortunatley they could never figure out how to balance their relationship with work. One source revelaed, "Everytime he wanted to come back and take meetings to get his career back in order, she would make him go to Asia and Europe." It sounds like Avril wanted to be the breadwinner and keep Brody on a leash, even though he tried to pursue having a career she wouldn't let him. Hopefully they can work things out because we kinda liked them together! (usmagazine)

- There's more news to Beyonce than her baby girl Blue Ivy, the Australian science agency, CSIRO, recently named a fly after the singer! The fly was first collected in 1981 – the year of the Beyonce's birth, but that's not the only thing they have in common. Another reason the fly was named Scaptia (Plinthina) beyonceae was it's golden behind, which Bryan Lessard, from CSIRO, says makes it "all-time diva of flies". "It was the unique dense golden hairs on the fly's abdomen that led me to name this fly in honour of the performer Beyoncé," he says. Ha, this is so much fun! But wonder if Beyoncé (describes as the ultimate diva) thinks so? (telegraph)

- Our favorite hottie Jesse Metcalfe is not only taken, but he’s now engaged too! Jesse has been dating Cara Santana for 4-5 years and they’ve been living together for about 3 years. Even though Cara has been acting in a few series and movies, she’s not very famous. But what does that matter now that she’s the future wife of Jesse? We mean - who didn’t love watching him shirtless in "Desperate Housewives" and in "John Tucker Must Die"? Well, we guess we have to stop dreaming about him now, he’s about to get married. Aw, congratulations to Jesse and Cara!

- The saga of Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian continues, just when you were hoping it was over. Kris is now claiming that Kim actually planned the proposal! Kris did want to marry Kim, but he wanted to propose to her in Minnesota, but Kim would hear nothing of that! She wanted it to be at her mansion, in the middle of the day (for better lighting), and she wanted to know all of the details. There was no surprise, which is pretty obvious because Kim was in full hair and makeup when Kris proposed. The Kardashians are such control freaks, we're glad that Kris was let loose. (radaronline)

- Last night was the Golden Globes and they were a blast! We love Ricky Gervais as host and we thought everyone who won totally deserved it. We'll get to the amazing (and not so amazing) fashion later, first let's talk about the winners. - Demi Moore has been lying low since announcing her divorce to Ashton Kutcher. We get it, there's no way we would want to be in the public eye after being humilated like that. Well, we recently saw Demi with her daughter Rumer Willis at the Cinema for Peace/Help Haiti Home benefit and Demi was looking super skinny! Demi has always been thin, but this is taking it too far. Demi was wearing a black cocktail dress by Marios Schwab that showed off her bones and Rumer wore a see-through black shirt with a black skirt. While it's nice that Demi and Rumer are hanging out and supporting each other, we really hope Demi starts to gain weight again. (usmagazine)

- Madonna is not only a pop legend, movie star, fashion icon - she's also a director! She wrote and directed the movie 'W.E.', which premiere in the States this past December, but hasn't hit the European screens yet. The movie is about a controversial happening in the Brittish history, where King Edward VIII decides to abdicate from the throne, so that he can marry American divorcee Wallis Simpson. But the movie almost wasn't made. "It was problematic and I started thinking, 'What am I doing, it's about the Royal Family," writer and director Madonna said, "And are they going to hate my guts? And am I right to throw myself into this juggernaut?'" Will the English crowd will hate her? We'll have to wait and see, the movie doesn't premiere in Britain until the 20th of January! (usweekly)

- Jared Padalecki, best known as Sam Winchester from the tv-series Supernatural, is about to be a father! His wife, Genevieve Cortese, is expected to give birth in March. The couple is so excited and Jared says “I’m very excited. I hope it doesn’t bleed over into my work because I have a boorish excitement about it, I’m almost worried about how excited I am.” Jared have been acting in “Friday the 13th”, “Gilmore Girls” etc. and we just love him! - After the horrendous break up between Katy Perry and Russell Brand, both parties have retreated. We've spotted them a few times, and they always look so sad and lonely. But that conception is wrong, at least for Russell! Yesterday when he was speaking to TV writers in Pasadena, California and was asked how he was coping he answered, "Quite well, thank you. Are you asking because of recent events? You are making the mistake of seeing time as linear," he said and continued, "The brilliant American author Kurt Vonnegut, he'll tell you that if you imagine reality as experienced simultaneously, events become redundant." Errh... okay? When they discussed Russell's up coming project 'Strangely Uplifting', he said that the goal was to make people happy. Well, is he happy? "Yes, I am," Russell said and smiled. While we're happy for Russell that he's getting over Katy, it must be hard for her. It's all so fast! (people)

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie will be presenting an award together at the 69th annual Golden Globes, and we are so excited!The couple is not only added to the list of the presenters. They are also up for some own rewards: Best Actor and Best Mo-Pic nods for Brad and Best Foreign Lang Film for Angelina.There are also a huge list of other celebrities who will be presenting awards, like Reese Witherspoon, George Clooney, Natalie Portman and Nicole Kidman for example.
