Hey dollies! I am so sorry for not posting in a while. I've been busy with school, dance, etc. I've also been planning new Star Blog entries, like this one! With Halloween right around the corner, I thought I'd do some makeup tutorials! The makeuup tutorial I will be showing you today is inspired by Japanese Kawaii.

STEP 1 - Start out with a pale skin tone

STEP 2 - Apply a bright bubblegum pink color to your lips, along with clear gloss

STEP 3 - Using a rosy blush, apply this to your cheekbones for a rosy complexion

STEP 4 - Apply mascara & eyeliner, but wing your eyeliner for a more creative & dramatic effect

STEP 5 - For your eyeshadow, get creative with bright colors! Don't forget to apply a white eyepencil to the inner corner of your eyes to make your eyes appear brighter

STEP 6 - Add colorful highlights to your hair! I used pink, blue, and green to match my eyeshadow

STEP 7 - Get creative and use cute, colorful accessories like ice cream earrings, donut bows, and spider lashes!
