Life as a teenger gives you ups and downs. I have experienced hand-to-hand some hard stuff that I don't think I should be facing at my age...

Dealing with problems is what we usually class as an 'adult thing', but it is slowly creeping up on us teenagers. With bullying and insecurity numbers higher than ever, we have to deal with some pretty rough things.

Last night, there was a incident in my family that caused fallings out. I then realised that it is ok to have some time-out sometimes. Because my mum and dad live apart from each other, it means that I can take a break from my life in one house if needed. 

I understand that it isn't that simple for lots of you, but if you ever feel like you need to take a break - tell someone. You might be able to visit a friend's house for a few days or see some of your other family. 

Sometimes it is hard - but we're all here for you!
