Recipe: Egg Salad

In the mood for a snack? Try making yourself a quick and easy egg salad.

* As always, get a parent/guardian's permission when in the kitchen.

YOU WILL NEED:
- 6 eggs
- mayonaise
- fresh green onion (100% optional)

DIRECTIONS:
- Hard boil 6 eggs on the stove. Make sure you cook them all the way through, we don't want to get sick.
- Next, place all 6 eggs in a large bowl. Scoop up roughly 2-3 big spoonfulls of mayonaise (any flavor you prefer, I go with original Hellman's) and put into bowl.
- If you want fresh green onion, chop some up and set them aside.
- Grab a potato masher (or something relevant to that) and smash the egg and mayo together, mixing it up nicely. Get your green onion (whatever amount you like) and throw it in, and mix.
- We don't put mustard in ours because we think it tastes funny, but if you prefer mustard in your egg salad, by all means add it in. :)

Put it on a sandwich, eat it as-is, or pop it in the fridge and save it for later. Enjoy!
