Some of you guys will think Justin Bieber is hot no matter what he wears, but we have to wonder about Justin's most recent outfit at the BET Awards. The Biebs wore a pair of light jeans with a black tee and over that a denim vest, with a colorful handkerchief tucked in the pocket. It's a not a bad outfit, it's just a bit all over the place and we're not so crazy about the vest. So what do you guys think, is this look hot on Justin...or not?
