Styling Nelly
For this blog post, I have styled some of my picks from the last Nelly release.
To start, I wanted to include items from the April Nelly release. For my first outfit, I chose this oversized shirt, styling it with a leather jacket worn over one shoulder and some chunky boots. To accessorize, I chose silver jewelry, a fluffy green hat and matching pouch. Next, I chose this baby blue camisole which I paired with some wide-leg jeans. I added a bag and some strappy heels to match the camisole and completed the look with some silver hoops and chain necklace.
For my next outfits, I wanted to style the two bucket hats. I styled the pink one with a pair of slouchy pants, and went for an ‘underwear as outerwear' look with the bra and matching panties. To accessorize, I went for some hoops, a pair of white sneakers and handbag. I then decided to style the green bucket hat with this Roberta Einer slip dress for contrast. I kept the look simple, with layered silver jewelry, a Gucci handbag in a more muted color, and strappy heels.
Finally, I saved my favorite pieces for last! I styled the green marble print pants with this LV Monet handbag, as I thought the color palette matched perfectly. To tie in with the bag, I chose some blue strappy heels. I then went for a white bralette and added a headband, some gold earrings, and layered necklaces to complete the look. Finally, I styled the jeans with a vintage Vivienne Westwood corset and layered them with a gold chain to show from the cut-out pockets. I then added clear beige sandals and sunglasses with tinted lenses to match the sandals. I then went for some mismatched jewelry and a bag in a color to match the corset.
