So here’s how to get Rainbow eyes.

1)      First use a black eyebrow pencil to get a great shade of black on your eyebrows.

2)      Then add a light coat of ocean blue eye shadow.

3)      Third, add a light stripe orange eye shadow just under the eyebrow.

4)      Next add a thin stripe of fire lime eye shadow in between the blue and orange. Make sure to blend the colours.

5)      Use royal white eye shadow in the corner of your eye right near your tear duct and continue under the eye.

6)      Add midnight black mascara to both top and bottom lashes.

7)      Then add midnight black eye pencil just under the eye and royal white eye pencil on the top lid of the eye.

8)      Then add black fluid liner around the whole eye.

9)      Last add some fake eyelashes to make your eyes look bigger and give it the finishing touches.
