Frazzled From Faux?
If you are like me, you have probably gone through a time of buying a decent amount of faux items. I mean, they're fluffy!
Before you think this is a faux obsession confessional, I have created some outfits along with some top-notch tips.
1. Got detailing? If your faux item has detailing like buttons then I'd recommend using that for accessories. Make sure that the accessories are the same shade too. It makes a world of difference.
2. One colour? My favourite thing to add to a plain faux item is another colour and a tone. I chose black and yellow (classic, right?).
3. More than one colour? If your piece has three or more colours it is always best to use the colours in the faux for the outfit.
4. Bold not necessary! People assume that when you have a more neutral item they have to add colour. It can be just effective to use more neutral tones altogether.
