Christmas Elves

Hi dollies!

Today's post is inspired by those people who unfortunately have to work on one of the 'most wonderful time of the year': Christmas.

After watching a documentary, I felt inspired to create a post that celebrated the amazing lengths that a person would go to on Christmas Day to keep the world spinning and working like clockwork.

Here are five professions who have to work on Christmas Day:

1) Nurses and Doctors - Christmas is a time of happiness, however there are some people who are in an urgent need of help every day, even Christmas. The doctors and nurses are also around for those minor and major casualites too.

2) Emergency Services (Police, Fire services & Paramedics) - Crimes, Fires and injuries are common all year round and these amazing people are always here for a helping hand to serve the country.

3) News Reporters - We are constantly updated with news 24/7, and  Christmas is no exception. It is generally the busiest time for news all around the globe so the news researchers and reporters are very busy at Christmas.

4) Restaurant staff - We all love to go out for Christmas, but what would you do if nobody was there to serve or cook your meal?

5) Tow Truck drivers - Imagine your car breaking down on the way to a family meal? These people are always on standby!

These are only 5 jobs that work on Christmas Day. Those of you who do work at Christmas I thank you for giving up a day that most people woudln't.
