Staying Active

Hi dollies!


A month ago, I started my own fitness regime at home. This has inspired me to create a blog post about staying active over the colder months.
Okay, so we all like to sit down in our oversized hoodies with a warm mug of hot chocolate whilst watching Netflix. *starts looking for a film to watch*


However, keeping fit is a must. Right, so we don't need to go outside to keep fit or travel to the nearest gym. We can exercise at home!



Here are some easy tricks that we can all do!



- Run up and down the stairs 10 times. (Okay, so your family might think you are weird and gone completely insane, but that doesn't matter!)

- Do 10 squats in the morning and 10 squats in the evening

- 50 crunchies. You can do as much or as little as you want

- Jogging on the spot

- Hula-hooping. (Only if you don't break anything that is in your radius)


These are really simple things to do and really quick as well! So if you want to drink as many pumpkin spiced lattes as you can this Autumn, get active!
