Secret Santa Guide!

The first Christmas themed release for the year (Kitsch) has landed here on Stardoll, which means that things are getting festive for those of us who celebrate the holiday in real life! In fact, many of us may even be dealing with a secret Santa that we need to buy presents for. Whether your secret Santa was organised between friends, or by your place of work or study, here is my guide for finding the perfect present!

Research
If you don't know the person you have been chosen to buy a gift for very well, you might have to do some research to  figure out the perfect gift! Take a look at the person's social media accounts to see what things they like to do, and use that for inspiration. You could also ask their friends if you know any of them well!

Buying Gifts
Remember, there is always a maximum price for a secret Santa, but there is hardly ever a minimum. If you're feeling a bit broke, it's okay to spend less - but make sure you put extra thought and effort in! Some more cost effective gifts could be a batch of cookies, or a jar filled with little strips of paper with personalised messages on them. If you don't know the person well, make sure you don't default to a gift certificate or generic gift - try to get them something fun and surprising or useful! Make sure you do the best for the person that you can for the maximum price (or the price you can afford) - that's what makes a secret Santa fun!
