Feeling Down?
We all have bad days where we feel down, even if we are amongst the happiest people in the world. However, when bad things happen there are ways you can cheer yourself up- here are some suggestions from the members of 'InterviewClub'
LoveMaria-Fany: "When I'm having a bad day I go to my room,relax and listen to my fave songs."
Directioner9895: "Music and a good book make everything better!"
ellie9556: " I would talk about it to my friends. They always cheer me up!"
modmayhem: "I love singing, and it is an instant bad day buster!"
Waddles: "sometimes I really do just need to have a good cry to get it all out of my system"
BeatrixJane: "I paint my nails and listen to The Fray. Those two things put together oddly make me feel a lot better"
Mrs.DTomlinson: "I doodle, draw, scribble and jot down random thoughts"
THORYL: "if you have a pet hang out with it because you can talk to it about what happened, and it wont tell it to anyone!"
It's different for everybody- do what makes you happy!
