Today's post is about the pros and cons of  non-paying and paying members on stardoll.

 

I had been a Royalty member for 2 years on stardoll and now I am embracing being a non-paying member on stardoll.

 

Paying Member:

 

Pros:

- Chance to sell items and become a designer

- Free weekly gifts

- Access to all shops and 10% discount in Starplaza

- Ability to host parties

Cons:

- People asking you for favours and free gifts

- No guaranteed chance of being more successful

- Losing lots of money usually makes you want to spend more real money

- Pressure from other dolls

 

Non-paying Member:

Pros:

- Not many people ask you for favours

- Learn the skills of budgeting and not spending too much

- You can focus on more niche things

- Not spending real money

Cons:

- Limited to creating parties 

- Can't sell items

- No way of gaining more SD

- Not as much publicity as paying members.

 

I am personally loving being a non-member; I can focus on things like my blog and my club without the hassle of selling things and other issues.
