There is a saying that you should be careful what you wish for. I have a lot of stuff, and I have been hoping that Stardoll would improve the way we store it and find it. Now they have.

Today I logged in to find I have the new wardrobe feature. I had my closet organized by category: Coats, jackets, blouses, skirts, pants, leggings, tights, dresses. That is all gone.

I looked under the new wardrobe tab. At first it looked like more than half my things were missing. It took a bit of playing around with the search tool but I started to like some aspects of the new system. Like anything else, there is a learning curve.

The brands in the search tab seem to be randomized. I hope all categories eventually show up. When I first tried searching I could not find a category for Voile or Pretty in Love, but Honeymaid showed up. I hope there is a way to make this less random. To be effective, the tool needs to offer all the brands.

I found something useful. When you go to the closet and click the brand to search, it shows a selection of those items, not all of them. Next to the page numbers is a black circle with two arrows. I think it means "refresh." Click and wait for more items to appear. I did this with my LE decor items and finally they all showed up. I had to do it about 5 times.

The word search looks like a powerful tool. I think with practice I will grow to love the new system. I already want all the brands to show up in the Starbazaar, and wouldn't it be nice if I could search and then put up a specific item for sale in my bazaar.
