With all the great items out there, whether it be clothes, decor, wigs, or makeup, it can be easy to get swept away by all the options! It's fun to go on shopping sprees, but they can do a number on your savings. So how can this be avoided, you may ask? Here are a few questions you should ask yourself before you buy.

#1: Do I like this item?

It might seem obvious, but when you're looking to buy something, no matter what it is, don't buy it because it's THE thing to have right now. Not only do trends change at a rapid pace, but if you don't like the item, those are stardollars or starcoins that could have gone toward something you actually want.

#2: Is this worth the money?

Stores like Strike a Pose have high prices for their items because they sell out quickly, as well as the fact that people are willing to pay more because they're well-made. But if you're looking around the StarBazaar and you find a dress that someone paid 30 stardollars for, but are selling it for 600, that's just unreasonable. If the item you're looking has an unreasonably high price tag, just look for it elsewhere or reconsider buying it.

#3: Will I be able to use this item?

Let's say you just got a piece of decor, and it looks great -- but not in your suite. Or you just put a pair of pants, but they don't go with anything you own. This can be avoided if you take a minute and look through your closet or storage and decide whether or not this piece would work with your other items.
