Strike a Pose is a really awesome addition to Stardoll; you can make your doll look like they're dancing, on the phone, eating, snuggling animals, really anything! Well, if you're a Superstar or Royalty, that is! As non-paying members, we don't have access to Strike a Pose items unless we buy old clothes in the Starbazaar, and even that can be pretty expensive. Today I thought I'd share a cheap little do-it-yourself Strike a Pose tutorial! I've seen a few creative dolls with this look and I tried on my own doll and loved it!

The main thing you'll need for this look is a pair of male pants. (Sorry guys, this look only works on female dolls!) Place them on your doll so the right leg of the pants are in line with your doll's right leg.

Have fun with the rest of the outfit - do whatever you want for tops, hair, whatever!

Now you have to hide your doll's left leg. For my look, I used a few bags, like my doll is about to go off on a trip. I've seen other dolls use animals or furniture as well, so it all depends on the look you're going for.

You have a few choices as far as shoes. For my look, I simply put on a pair of shoes, then used my bags to hide both the shoe on the left foot and the empty space underneath the left leg of the pants. If you want, you could buy a second pair of the same shoes, and place the right shoe under the left leg, then make sure the left shoe is hidden.

There you have it - a fun and easy way to make your doll look like she's striking a pose!
