- Robert Pattinson has been in the spotlight for several years now, but we didn't really know anything about him before he starred in the Twilight movies. - Same, same but different. That's how we would describe Ashley Tisdale and 'The Big Bang Theory' star Kaley Cuoco's looks best. The two blonde actresses wore similar Maria Lucia Hohan dresses- but in completely different ways. Ashley was a real lady in red in her stunning maxi gala gown, while Kaley was just as breathtaking in her powder pink one-shoulder shorter dress. But who do you think looked better on the red carpet? Vote and decide!

- Once you go short hair you never go back... Or at least not for a while. Having a short haircut is the best way to save time in the morning, and we're really jealous of celebs that've dared to go for a pixie hairstyle- because it's also super trendy and so chic! Click on the pics and see stars like Anne Hathaway and Emma Watson who let their hairdressers really use their scissors!

- Kim Kardashian is really working this Beyonce friendship to its core! She is going all out and even bought Beyonce's daughter, Blue Ivy, a $5,000 on a diamond studded bracelet which she had engraved with "Love Auntie Kim." Say what? Even though it seems that Beyonce can tolerate Kim, she isn't too thrilled that Kim is trying to buy her friendship and the "Auntie Kim" thing is taking it a bit too far, right?! Sources say that Beyonce, "believes Kim is trying to buy her friendship through her daughter, and she’s cooling to their friendship. Right now, Beyonce is on her guard. She’s keeping her distance until she feels more trusting of Kim." We guess you can't win them all, Kim! (Source: mtv)

- Let’s face it: Twitter can be overwhelming sometimes. It’s nearly impossible for us to digest all of the breaking news on our Twitter feed, and if we think it’s tough, just imagine how hard it is for celebrities and their thousands—sometimes millions—of followers who tweet at them constantly throughout the day. It’s not surprising that some big name tweeters have to take a break from the social networking service once and a while—or just delete their accounts altogether. Alec Baldwin is the most recent celeb to quit Twitter (again) just after his recent nuptials, and other stars have kissed the blue birdie goodbye for other reasons: Some tweeted inappropriate remarks, some took a break to deal with personal issues, and some simply stopped giving updates to keep their public lives more private. We rounded up 10 celebrities who claimed to be done with Twitter for good. (Some have already returned, and we expect more will come crawling back!).

Alec Baldwin announced his departure from Twitter on Monday morning, when he tweeted, “It’s been fun” shortly before deleting his account. But this isn’t the first time the tweet-happy actor has taken a break: In December, he temporarily quit after he was thrown off an American Airlines flight…for playing Words With Friends.
John Mayer

Many remember when John Mayer left his three million or so followers behind two years ago after making several inappropriate remarks about several of his exes (Jessica Simpson, for one).
Ashton Kutcher

The resident King of Twitter let his management team take the reins of his account after he spoke out against the firing of Penn State coach Joe Paterno before knowing exactly why he was dismissed.
Demi Moore
Photo: Getty Images Demi Moore took a break from the Internet while getting treatment at a rehab center after her split from Ashton Kutcher. The former @mrskutcher is now back on her social media game with a brand spanking new Twitter handle: @justdemi.
Amanda Bynes

Amanda Bynes gave us a Twitter scare when she announced she was stopping tweeting and acting all at once. Thankfully, the actress changed her mind.
James Franco

James Franco’s time in the Twitterverse was short and sweet: After only a few weeks of posting pictures and videos, he deleted his account. But fear not, ladies: The actor is back (and posting more videos!) as @JamesFrancoTV.
Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus went on a Twitter hiatus in 2009 because she wanted more privacy. The behind the scenes life didn’t seem to last for the singer though, as she’s now back to her old tweeting ways.
Demi Lovato

Demi Lovato took a break from Twitter and decided to keep a low profile around the same time rumors were circulating of her breaking up with her boyfriend and entering rehab.
Nicki Minaj
Photo: Getty Images Nicki Minaj went silent on Twitter after a conflict with a fansite that had started leaking her songs online. After nine days of absence, the rapper returned with heartfelt messages to her millions (yes, millions) of followers.
Kanye West

After several (now infamous) Twitter rants, Kanye West put a hold on his tweeting, but the rapper came back with a vengeance this January with tons more tirades.

- Spotted! The Olsen Twins' younger sister Elizabeth Olsen and Dakota Fanning, out biking together! In fact, they did it on set, since they're both starring in this upcoming movie 'Very Good Girls'. The movie is about two New York City girls (Liz and Dakota) who both fall for the same street artist, and much more about the life of being an American teenage girl. It's due in 2013, and we can't wait to see it! Hopefully Dakota will play a little more grown up role in this movie, and we're not gonna miss that!

- Congratulations to Sienna Miller and her boyfriend, Tom Sturridge. The couple just welcomed their first child over the weekend in London. But of course Sienna is being extremely tight-lipped about their new bundle of joy. The notoriously private actress has said, "I'm under strict instructions to not say anything as it would completely defeat the point of everything I've tried to achieve in the last eight years." But Sienna did give us this tidbit about motherhood, "It's very exciting." We can't wait to learn the little one's name, but in the meantime, congrats to Sienna and Tom! (Source: usmagazine)

- Last week Queen Elizabeth of England enforced a new protocol that basically said that princesses by blood are higher than princesses by marriage. So the princesses by blood, Eugenie and Beatrice, never have to curtsy to Kate Middleton and if Kate is around them without Prince William, she has to curtsy to them. Some people are saying that Queen Elizabeth is doing this to remind Kate that even though she is popular, she is not blood. And Kate is humiliated! "These moves are designed to remind Kate...she isn't as important as the queen or any other royal-born family member." Poor Kate! It seems so old fashioned of the Queen to make this decree in today's day and age. (Source: celebitchy)
