The second tribute store this season is inspired by Balmain, featuring looks pulled from the Spring/Summer 2017 collection of the brand. While I'm not personally a huge Balmain fan, there are several items that were must haves in my eyes!

Balmain Interior
I love interesting interiors to use in my suite, and this one really hits the spot for me with its lush green jungle look. Inspired by the leafy tropical plants used in the Balmain Spring/Summer 2017 runway, this interior makes me feel like my doll is an intrepid adventurer... even if she is wearing heels. This interior is a great option if you want to make your doll stand out in your suite!

Balmain Inspired Corset Blouse
Combining a tight waist and voluminous sleeves creates this interesting piece that can be worn in many different outfits. The flowy chiffon sleeves lead down the arms into a tight, exaggerated cuff at each wrist- adding an unusual focus point to the blouse! The rest of the top is kept pretty simple, with a centred fastener. I love how this shirt looks with a tight, high waisted skirt or pants- but it could look impeccable with the right flowy skirt!

Balmain Inspired Slit Pants
While on first inspection this item might look like a pretty asymmetrical skirt, you will soon realise that it is, in fact, a pair of pants! I love the design of this item as it's quite an unusual concept- turning your initial expectations on their head and creating an interesting silhouette. I also love the colour of this item, a stunning fuschia that stands out beautifully! This item makes a great feature piece, but could also support another interesting item- very versatile.
