Limited Edition: Pros and Cons - Stardoll

Every time I’ve mentioned in a blog post about how Limited Edition is one of my favourite stores I get a lot of messages from other dolls saying that they too love LE - but can’t afford it. Today I wanted to look more into the Limited Edition stores in Stardoll, and talk about the good and the bad.

Pros:

Stardoll now has 6 limited fashion stores: Limited Edition, Antidote, Strike a Pose, Runway, Young Hollywood, and occasionally Museum Mile too. These stores offer a huge variety of styles of clothing inspired by a whole range of sources from celebrities red carpet wear to garments hot off the catwalk.

These limited items are of course rare - not everyone can own them - so it’s something to brag about if you do!

Another amazing thing about these stores is the details in the graphics; I often find that they’re far superior to those of garments in other stores.

Cons:

If there is something beautiful but incredibly popular in one of these stores you will have a hard time getting your hands on it. I’ve been left heartbroken several times when my favourite items have gone out of stock.

Another con is that most of these pieces are Superstar or Royalty only, making them that much more difficult to get if you are a non-Superstar.

And of course, the money. These items are more expensive to add to their rarity. If you’re budgeting your Stardollars these might not be the best stores for you.
