Thursday morning at Hotel Nimb in Copenhagen, I witnessed the most colorful collection at Copenhagen Fashion Week. I am talking about Edith and Ella SS13. I’d been looking forward to seeing the Edith and Ella show, because I love the vintage undertones in the designs. The designer and proprietor Line Markvardsen named her brand after her grandmothers, and she has taken inspiration from old vintage styles.

She believes that women like to be feminine and colorful, and this is reflected in her collection on the catwalk.

The collection was characterized by lots of beautiful colors, both warm tones and beautiful pastels. Lovely dotted and floral patterns and the navy look in blue and white. 

All in all a super delicate, feminine collection with some fine details. I am looking forward to when it hits the stores next spring, because I already have a few favorites from this collection!
