Staying Hydrated

Hello, dolls! 

We all know staying hydrated is important - especially in the summer.

It's recommended that we drink about 2 litres of water a day - but if you're like me, you'll find plain water a little boring. So, I have devised a few tips to help you stay hydrated - and enjoy it, too:


Add some flavour

Add fruits (like strawberries or lemons) into your water bottle and pop it into the fridge for a few hours or overnight. When you drink your water, not only will it be full of extra nutrients  - but it'll taste amazing!


Juice

Juice tastes great and has plenty of water in it. Watch out, though - a lot of juices have added sugar in them which is definitely not good for you.


Veggies

Veggies high in water like carrots, cucumber and celery really help keep you hydrated. Put them in soups, salads and stews or eat them as a healthy snack with dip.
