Taking care of yourself

Taking care of yourself is the most important thing you should be doing; it's not selfish, it's for your own good! However, we can forget to take care of ourselves if we're busy doing other things, such as revising for exams. So, here are some ways you can take care of yourself...

* Eat healthily - binging on sweets on crisps might taste good, but it's not healthy. Eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. Eating healthily will make you happier and it's so much better for your body. You can still eat the unhealthy stuff, just not too much.

* Exercise - if you do eat a lot of junk food, it's also important to exercise. That way, at least you'll burn the extra calories off.

* Be kind - being kind to everyone, even the people you don't like, shows that you're more mature as you never know, they might have very hard lives.

* Have good hygiene - brush your teeth and go when you need to go. It's simple, so do it.

* Ask for help - if you need help, ask someone. Most of the time people do want to help and they'll happily do it.


I hope some of these tips help you take care of yourself if you think you haven't done that lately.
