Away From Keyboard

Too much time spent on the computer may be harmful. Make time Away From Keyboard to improve your health and attitude. 

Being active will improve your mood and your health. Find something you love to do and do it. Share with someone you love, whether family, friends or pets.  

Spend time outdoors. I created a kitchen garden with drawers repurposed as raised beds. Now I grow rosemary, chives, mint, basil and tomatoes. I download audiobooks and listen while I am weeding the garden. I also listen while driving, working out or cleaning house.

Singing helps you breath deeper and promotes a feeling of well-being

Take a dance class. I learned to Lindy Hop. And I met my husband.

A lot of life happens AWK. Don’t let it pass you by.

Play safe and have fun.
