Hi dollies!

After the new release of facial features I thought I could make use of them so I apologise that they require superstar membership, however I'm not superstar either so...let's just begin! ^.^

1. Facial features! I based the facial features and makeup on one particular picture of Miley, so as usual if you'd like to change it up you can! :)

2. Makeup! In the picture, I didn't really see any eyeshadow, so I simply applied lengthening mascara, and a little bit of eyeliner.

I first contoured her face using natural tones from Transform and then applied a little pink blush over it all!

And for her lips, I suggest using nude or bright pinks (bright like cotton candy)! 

3. Now you are finished, unless you'd like to add more detail using all-over pens, shadows, etc! Like I've always said, it may look messy up close but the look from a far is fantastic!
