Glamourous Gucci
Hey guys! It's me Sumy and today I'm going to be showing you how to do a makeup look inspired by Gucci! There's a new tribute which features accessories like bags, shoes, hats and more. Most of them are Gucci, so I went on the web and looked at Gucci inspired makeup and made my own version. The model I used for today is Porticus. Let's get started!
Eyes:
First of all, I used the Poison Ivy Green Eyeshadow (Dot, 5SD) around 3 to 4 times. Next, on the base of the eyelid, I applied Dracula Red Eyeshadow from Dot (5SD) 2 times. Again, I used Poison Ivy on the outer corners to make it darker. On the lower lashline, use both of the eyeshadows, half and half. To make the pink brighter, I applied Dracula Red eye pencil (Dot, 3SD). Moving on to eyeliner, I wanted to try an ombre look. For the wing, I worked the Midnight Black eyeliner, also from Dot for 2SD and then the Metallic Aubergine eyeliner (Sephora, 7SD) for the inner corners and the rest.
Lips:
Keeping it simple, I made use of the Kat Von D Dusty Rose lipstick (Sephora,12SD).
Face:
Finally, I used Blush Brun Rose and Blush Brun D'or (both Sephora, 10SD) and blended them together from the ear down to the jawline.
Gucci Snake:
This is hard to explain. It took me a long time to at least make it okay. I used the Burgundy Eyepencil (Transform, 7sd). You can leave this step or you can try and do it. It's optional. I know it doesn't look exactly like the original snake which is red and had white and black stripes but I had to adjust to what I had.Well, I hope your makeup is on point. What do you think of this look?
Bye!
