So it's very nearly THAT time of the year - the barbecues, holidays, walks on the beach, family day trips, swimming, picnics at the park and anything else you like to do in summer!

Today I wanted to talk about my summer/holiday essentials, things that I will not ever be without all summer!

1. Sandals

What other shoe would you wear to the beach? Sandals, have a lightweight feel and can look totally boho chic too, what's not to love?

2. Perfume Samples/Minis

Talking a giant bottle of perfume in your bag is inconvenient, and not to mention dangerous too- all the liquid it could spill! I like to take a sample bottle of perfume in my bag with me for touch-ups throughout the day.

3. Denim Shorts

One of the only things I will wear during summer. They give your legs extra exposure to the sun (so extra vitamin D- Just don't forget sunscreen!) and they look so casual and cute!

4. Bright red lipstick

If there is one thing that can take an outfit from boring to chic in seconds, this is it. Red lipstick can glam up anything, and make you feel super amazing too!

5. Sea salt spray

If your hair is boring and untextured like mine, this is a godsend for days at the beach. It's mermaid hair in a bottle!
