Then block the user and delete the post. Nobody needs to see something negative in your guestbook. This helps you to move on and forget it.

Do not reply to the post, even if you delete it. Replying sends a message to the bully’s dollmail. You do not want to give the bully a direct link back to your guestbook.

By not showing any visible interest in what the person did, you rob her of any satisfaction. People say hurtful things to get a reaction, so don't react.
