How you start your day tends to set the tone for the rest of the day. Waking up in a bad mood can often lead to a series of bad luck and that's what we usually call having a bad day.

Starting off with negativity can likely impact your quality of life for the day. Sometimes it can be an issue from the night before, and sometimes we just wake up on the wrong side of the bed without knowing why. Being able to identify why you're in a bad mood makes it easier to fix the probem.

Maybe you have an overdue assignment or maybe your house is a mess. 
Breaking things down into smaller steps will feel more manageable and you're less likely to feel overwhelmed. When you want to feel good, dress how you want yourself to feel. Knowing you look good will help to make you feel good inside. Maybe you have a favorite dress or pair of shoes, and even a particular hairstyle that you love wearing.

It's important to take care of your basic needs too. Feeling hungry or tired can have a huge impact on how you feel. So make sure that you are getting a decent amount of sleep and eating regular and healthy food.
