On this "Pim-tervention", I'm going to be addressing a concern that has arisen as Stardoll has gained more fashion and poses from the store, "Strike a Pose."

Unless we purchase poses from the StarPlaza, our dolls are stuck standing for all of eternity. That being said, to some users it seems odd that there is a very limited selection of seating poses from Strike a Pose. Stardoll may be a virtual game, but realistically speaking, people spend a large majority of their lives laying down or sitting down. About 1/3 of our life is spent sleeping, and that doesn't include our time working or driving. 

One of my friends spoke to me about his frustration with the lack of sitting poses, but he's not alone.

"I bought a sitting down "Strike A Pose" but it has terrible shoes and the legs are crossed. Why can't it be simply the bottom half with legs and feet we could buy shoes for?" He would like to see a greater variety of poses, including chairs that could fit behind tables, wheelchairs, horseback options, thrones, and seating options with changeable clothing. 

One of my other friends commented that she would love to see more seating options, and it would make designing suites much easier!

I've reached out to Stardoll, and here's what they had to say. 

"The issue with Strike A Pose is that the pose needs to cover the doll's normal body, so sitting ones are especially difficult."

Let's hope that they take these suggestions into consideration, and create more seated positions.
