Eating Healthy with Me

Hi dolls, Alice here! 


I would consider myself a healthy person; I eat salad, vegetables and much more, but the junk food I eat does let me down.


I am trying to avoid certain foods to mantain a healthy diet and would love you dolls to join in with me! 


Foods to avoid: 

* Chocolate/sweets

* Processed meats

* Fizzy drinks

* Chips

I'm not saying that you can never eat these foods, just try to be more weary of how much you are consuming... 


Foods to eat: 

* Vegetables

* Fruit

* Salads

* Brown bread with seeds - this is extremely good for you! 

* Eggs

* Fresh meats

* Fish 

There are many more foods that are good for you, but I just covered the basics. I hope you enjoy eating these and feel better in yourself!
